Jordan Love — 2026 Fantasy Outlook
Analysis by Shawn Childs, from his 2026 guide — his words, unedited.
Love's first taste of regular-season action in 2021 was underwhelming (411 yards, two touchdowns, and three interceptions on 62 attempts), averaging 6.6 yards per attempt. He saw even less action in 2022, going 14-for-21 for 195 yards and a score across four appearances.
Taking over as the full-time starter in 2023, Love essentially had two different quarterback splits across the season. Through his first nine starts, he completed just 58.7% of his 300 attempts, throwing 14 touchdowns against 10 interceptions while averaging 223 yards and 6.7 yards per attempt. His legs were a pleasant surprise in that stretch, as Love carried 31 times for 182 yards and two scores at 5.9 yards per carry.
The second half of his season was a dramatic turnaround. On another 300 attempts over his next nine games, including a playoff start, he completed 70.7% of his passes, threw 21 touchdowns with just one interception, averaged 269 yards per game, and posted 8.1 yards per attempt. Love had at least two touchdown passes in eight of those nine outings, but his rushing production cooled considerably (20/64/2). He closed the postseason with a 194-yard, two-touchdown, two-interception performance against San Francisco.
For the full regular season, Love finished fifth among quarterbacks in fantasy scoring at 374.95 points, landing between 20.00 and 30.00 points in 13 of 17 starts without ever topping 30.00 fantasy points. A shift in offensive philosophy helped unlock his development and allowed Green Bay to take full advantage of its wide receiver depth.
2024 opened with Love missing two games over the first seven weeks, yet his numbers across his five healthy starts in that span were elite (1,351 yards and 15 touchdowns on 35.8 attempts per game). His turnovers were a problem, as he threw eight interceptions over that stretch while contributing little on the ground (9/29).
Love’s final 11 games were a sharp letdown. He never threw more than two touchdown passes in any of those outings and averaged just 26.7 attempts across his 10 full appearances, with a quiet Week 18 due to him taking only 22 snaps ahead of the playoffs. His rushing production for the full season fell well short of 2023 (27/83/1 yards – 3.4 yards per carry) compared to 50 carries for 247 yards and four touchdowns (4.9 yards per carry) the year before.
Last season, Love failed to make a progression while missing another 2.6 games with late season concussion. He ranked poorly in passing attempts (29.3), leading to about league-average touchdowns (23) and minimal interceptions (6). Despite the appearance of failure, Love finished 14th in quarterback scoring (277.15), highlighted by three winning games (365/3, 359/3, and 234/4). On his down days, he scored under 20.00 fantasy points in nine matchups.
