Fourteen days, no argument
Ask for a refund within 14 days of purchase and you get one. You do not have to explain why, and we will not try to talk you out of it. Email us from the address you purchased with.
After fourteen days
One-time passes are non-refundable after 14 days. Monthly subscriptions can be cancelled at any time and stop at the end of the period you have paid for; we do not pro-rate a partial month, and we do not bill you again after you cancel.
If we break something
If a paid feature is withdrawn or materially broken during your term, tell us and we will refund or extend regardless of the 14-day window. That is our problem, not yours.
VIP draft sessions
Buying a VIP session reserves a session, not a particular date. Sessions are scheduled around Shawn's availability and cannot be guaranteed for any specific day or draft. If we cannot find a time that works for you, you get a full refund — including after the 14-day window, because that one is on us.
What is not a refund reason
Losing money on bets is not a refund condition. We publish our accuracy in public before you buy — the record and the backtest are free and un-gated precisely so you can judge the product before paying for it. Projections are estimates and they miss regularly; that is disclosed everywhere, including here.
