What we collect

Your email address, if you give it to us. Payment details if you buy something — those go directly to our payment processor and we never see or store your card number. Standard server logs from your visits. We do not ask for your name, phone number, address, or date of birth, and we do not want them.

What we do with it

Email is used to send you what you signed up for and to tell you about your purchase. Payment data is used to take payment and grant access. Logs are used to keep the site working. That is the whole list.

What we do not do

We do not sell your data, rent it, or share it with advertisers or data brokers. We do not build behavioural profiles of you for resale.

Processors we rely on

Hosting and logging (Vercel), payments (Stripe), and email delivery. Each receives only what it needs to do its job. Sports data comes from third-party providers and contains no information about you.

Your choices

Every email we send has an unsubscribe link. Write to us and we will tell you what we hold about you and delete it, subject to records we must keep for tax and fraud-prevention purposes.

Browser extension

The SportsHack Draft Assistant extension collects nothing and stores nothing. While you are in your own fantasy draft room it reads the list of picks shown on the page and passes that text to your own open sportshack.ai tab, so the assistant can follow along. That is its entire function. It has no analytics, no servers of its own, and sends nothing to us or to any third party. It never clicks, types, or drafts on your behalf.

Your draft board stays in your browser — we do not receive it or store it. If you choose to connect a Sleeper draft, your browser reads that draft's publicly available data directly from Sleeper; that request comes from your browser, not from the extension.

Phone line recordings

Calls to the SportsHack phone line are recorded only after you say yes to the recording question at the start of the call; if you say no, the call ends and no audio is kept. We treat every caller as being in an all-party-consent state. Recordings exist so we can share the best fantasy-football exchanges as short clips; before anything is shared we remove names, league details and caller identifiers, and a person reviews every clip. Your phone number is stored only as a one-way hash. Recordings are deleted after 90 days unless a call was published as a clip, in which case the source audio and your recorded consent are kept for as long as the clip is public. Write to us to have a recording deleted sooner.
