What SportsHack is
SportsHack is an analytics and information service. We publish statistical projections, probability estimates, and pricing analysis for sporting events. We do not accept wagers, place bets on your behalf, hold or transmit funds, or operate as a sportsbook, broker, or money transmitter of any kind.
No guarantee of outcomes
Everything we publish is an estimate. Projections are wrong regularly and by design — a projection stated at 60% is expected to fail roughly four times in ten. We make no representation that using this service will produce a profit, and we do not track or claim any return on investment. Decisions you make with our information are yours alone, as are the consequences.
Eligibility
You must be at least 21 years old and located where it is lawful for you to access sports-wagering information. You are responsible for knowing the law where you are.
Your account and access
Paid access is personal and non-transferable. Do not resell, redistribute, or scrape our projections and data. Shawn Childs' projections, written guide, and derived model output are proprietary; your purchase grants you a licence to use them, not ownership of them.
Payment
Prices are shown at checkout and charged by our payment processor. One-time passes do not auto-renew. Subscriptions renew until you cancel, and you may cancel at any time effective at the end of the current period. Refunds are governed by the refund policy.
Availability and change
Data feeds and third-party sources can fail, and models are revised or retired when they stop meeting our validation standards. We may change or discontinue features. Where a paid feature is withdrawn mid-term, contact us and we will make it right.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, SportsHack is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including gambling losses, arising from use of the service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
Responsible play
