Tony Pollard — 2026 Fantasy Outlook

Pollard flashed his ceiling during a two-game midseason starting opportunity in Dallas in 2022, delivering back-to-back standout performances (14/131/3 and 22/115/1) with four catches for 29 yards. The Cowboys expanded his role over the following six weeks (83 carries for 367 yards and three touchdowns with 24 catches for 237 yards and three more scores), before ankle and leg injuries slowed him down the stretch, limiting him to 28 carries for 118 yards and five catches for 23 yards over his final three games. He still finished ninth among running backs in PPR scoring (248.80 points) despite averaging just 14.5 touches per game.

Given the lead role in 2023, Pollard saw 307 touches but took a step back across the board. His yards per carry dropped from 5.2 to 4.0, yards per catch fell from 9.5 to 5.7, and touchdowns plummeted from 12 to 6, all while gaining fewer total yards (1,316) than the year before despite 75 additional opportunities. He topped 100 rushing yards just once all season (23/122 in Week 3) and eclipsed 20.00 fantasy points only three times. He finished 14th in running back scoring at 223.70 points.

His first season with Tennessee brought more of the same. Pollard handled 301 touches and played 64.1% of the Titans' snaps, finishing with 1,307 combined yards, five touchdowns, and 41 catches, but slipped to 21st in running back scoring (203.20). He cracked 100 rushing yards twice (28/120 and 21/102) and landed between 18.00 and 22.00 fantasy points five times. The volume is there; the explosiveness that made him dangerous in Dallas largely hasn't followed.

Pollard comes off his fourth consecutive year with over 1,000 rushing yards (242/1,082/5) while upping his yards per carry (4.5). He finished with a five-year low in catches (33) and receiving yards (206). His stat led to the 23rd ranking in PPR fantasy points (188.80) at the running back position. His only impact showing came in Week 14 (25/161/2), followed by his other two games with over 100 yards rushing (14/104/1 with one catch and eight yards, and 21/102). Tennessee gave him 98 touches over his final five starts (14.8 over his first 12 matchups).
