Jam Miller — 2026 Fantasy Outlook

Shawn's rank: RB102Bye 11Updated July 30, 2026

Analysis by Shawn Childs, from his 2026 guide — his words, unedited.

Over four seasons at Alabama, Miller was never able to earn a full-time starting role. He finished his college career with 1,932 combined yards, 15 touchdowns, and 40 catches on 389 touches across 51 games. His best year came in 2024 (145/668/7 with 16 catches for 155 yards and one score). Miller saw his yards per rush decline each season in college (6.8, 4.9, 4.6, and 3.9).

Despite offering plus speed (4.42 40-yard dash at the 2026 NFL combine), Miller doesn’t have enough experience or vision to see a winning developing hole in tight quarters. He brings weakness in pass protection, with a low ceiling catching the ball. New England could use him in the return game as they develop his overall skill set.
