Gunnar Helm — 2026 Fantasy Outlook

Updated July 30, 2026

Analysis by Shawn Childs, from his 2026 guide — his words, unedited.

The Titans secured Helm in the fourth round of the 2025 NFL Draft after flashing in his fourth season with Texas (60/786/7). He gained an impressive 13.1 yards per catch while catching at least five balls in seven matchups (7/98/1, 5/23, 5/91/1, 6/62, 5/51/2, 6/77/1, and 3/56/1).

Tennessee had Helm on the field for 50.5% of their plays last season, while securing TE1 snaps in only three matchups. He teased in three games (6/51, 6/23, and 4/49/1) late in 2025 before seeing his year end in Week 18 due to a toe injury.

The wide receiver corps for the Titans in 2026 is much deeper, suggesting fewer targets for their tight ends. Helm’s natural progression should be a 60/500/4 type season, putting him just outside TE2 status in fantasy drafts over the summer.
